Dual blog view

Hello, im newbie in wordpress and css 2 questions 1)I tried several techniques but each time the 2 blog calls remain as I update the page BLOG - By Roma (sacsbyroma.com) Can you help me please? Thank you   2)my blog logo is perfect on computer but on smartphone not at all i tried responsive mode but i can t figure it out Any solutions please? Thank you
