Dropdown menu not working

Hello there, my site (http://box5136.temp.domains/~lectroc4/) soon to be electrochemicalmusic.com has an issue where the menu doesn't display if the screen width reverts it to a dropdown menu. On a wider screen the individual menu items display and link correctly, but on phones, tablets, or smaller windows clicking the menu button does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! -Will
