drop down menus as seen on fotografie pro

Hi everyone, I need child menu options off my top menu bar options as seen on the demo Fotografie Pro site - the options that extend down on mouseover are followed by a plus (+) sign. Does anyone know if this is a default option I can configure in the Pro version or has it been custom written? thanks Dan
