Drop down menu hidden behind 'before content' sidebar.

On the home page of this site the drop down menu hides behind the 'before content widget panel (which has transparency applied). Can't figure out how to fix this, or why this should happen. See: http://fireflywebs.ca/TestSite/ Thanks. G
