Down arrow on menu missing on Android tablet

Here is an example site: http://www.fixer1.com/csf/ The site has no plugins activated  and no custom CSS.  The menu down arrow does not appear in Android on the menu in the Dolphin browser or the standard android browser. Is there a way to get the down arrow to appear?  It does appear on Windows when you shrink the screen enough to activate the responsive menu. Thank you.
