Double menu on mobile/tablet

Hi, My webste fredericvoyage.fr works fine in desktop but I have 2 little problems on tablet and mobile: 1. I have 2 menus display 2. I can't see all the menu In another way, I have some difficulty about find a plugin for a carrousel (with pictures on Internet and not inside the library: Important) and display the picyture on the click n a box and not in a new window.
