Double Header Image?

Hello, When you go on dinapariseracing.com and move your mouse over the header image, you will see another ghost image show up? WEIRD! Any ideas? I am assuming that I have a 2 images trying to do the same thing --- just not sure where? I have the header uploaded in the header section of the theme. I found some code in CSS for a background Image and when I removed it, it then shows a grey overlay over the header with a link to the homepage.
