Double Header image

Header image appears behind itself. When you scroll the page it becomes apparent. I am using a PNG on transparent bg. and I could solve the issue by using a full JPG but I'm sure that's not the problem at hand. I'd prefer to find out what the problem is properly. Thanks. www.GODofDRAW.com
