double drag bar in backend

Hi there, when in backend i notice a double drag bar between the article edit box and the settings area on the right side. I have a grey inactive drag slider left to the slider for the edit area with no slider in it. This double space makes the setting area smaller, and so the settings have a horizontal drag barat he bottom. Not a great thing, but looking bad. Tested with all three Browsers on win 10 latest. I can send you a small screenshot, if required. By the way, if i login on the Forum page, that brings me to a wordpress Dashboard. Is this correct?   Regards Mikel from Berlin, Germany
