Don't show my changes in site

I recently updated the theme and the wordpress version. After that, any change I make in the site it show in browser only when I'm logged in. I try to clear the cache of my browser, i instaled total cache plugin and I cleared the site cache. I tried IE and Mozilla and I still have this problem. I tried to change the theme but post category its only page that it show modified in browser. Any good idea? Thanks!
