Does the theme support Bootstrap?

Hey, I would like to use nested tabs as you can see it here: http://jsfiddle.net/RLdYC/ Is it possible with this theme? If not, is there any way to make it work with this theme? Maybe by an additional plugin? Thanks a lot! Ben
