Document color codes

Hi I am currently documenting the appearance. I think it's important when something crashes. Now I would also like to document the color combinations. Is it possible to get the set colors with the color codes? Now I can only see the colors, but that doesn't help for documentation. Many thanks for the help. regards Heinz
