Do not show page in Menu

Hello Folks, I've got a problem and can't find the solution, but maybe I'm just too stupid to do a correct search. I want to create a page which should only be reachable from an other certain page via link, but every new page I'm creating is always in the menu, and I do not want that. How can I delete the menu entry for 1 specific page ? I'm using the catch evolution pro theme. Best regeards Bastian Kese
