Dividers – Background Images and effects

Hi! Im using the Rocstart Theme, i have noticed on the demo there is a kind of divider I want to place that divider in my RockStar web, how do I do that? And those background images on the demo (Guitar Pedals and bass guitar) How can I configure this? Also in my Featured Content the background image is moving, how can I create the effect of the demo, where the image is static and only the text is moving? Sorry, Thanks a lot for your help
