Display title on Posts page

I am very new to WP and I am wanting to know if there is a way to display the page title for my Posts page. I know that some other themes can display it and I want to know if there is a way to display it using this theme. I have set my homepage to be a static page and my posts page to be my Posts page. When I go to edit that Posts page, it does show that I have a title there but it does not display it when I view the Posts page. Thanks!
