Display on iPad

Hi On my homepage, pictures are displayed first with the "Featured Slider". This actually works perfectly with all browsers and smartphones. However, on the iPad, these images are pixelated. How can I ensure that the images from the "Featured Slider" are also displayed correctly on the iPad?
