Display Featured Image on Post

Hi, My site is just about ready to run and I have started to post on my blog page. I have set a featured image on each post and this image displays correctly when I view my blog page, but when I click the Read More... link the image is not displayed on the specific post page. Is this a setting that can be enabled or is this functionality not available with this theme?
