Disabling copy of content from post

Hi I am running through a serious threat of plagiarism. I have noticed that few of blogs are copying content from my blog and posting on there blogs even without permission. It will be not concern of matter if the contents are news or press release but they are copying my articles which are solely my property. I need your help to get me rid off this. I heard of that there are some codes for that. But i am soo poor in programming that even i cant think of where to start. My Blog is GIS Resources Looks forward to your response. Thanks in advance...
