Disabled responsive Design problems with header

Hi! I have disabled responsive design. Sidebar and content area is not responsive. Whereas header image stays responsive and thus becomes significantly less wide than content area. In parallel main menu is cut off at width of header image. I don`t see what to do and hope for your help! Thanks, Nicole
