disable "leave a reply"

I've got discussion turned off on a post through screen options as mentioned in many support forums such as this one on our own beloved catchthemes. http://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/remove-comments-box-from-static-page/ I've still got "leave a reply". http://faithlcmc.org.previewdns.com/?p=113 Is there a sweet CSS to take this out?
