Disable animated scroll for mobiles

Hi, I really like the theme so far and using it to develop a website for a customer. However, I experience problems with the performance on mobile devices, due to the great amount of javascript files which have to be processed. Is it possible to deactivate the animated scrolling/sliding to the next section for mobiles so that it is just normaly scrolling through the page? Because at the moment it is scrolling to the next section in slow-mo if I run it on a medium specs mobile device. I looked through some of the js files myself to deactivate it, but couldn't find it so far. I would appreciate any help. Best, Florian
