Despite following directions…2 issues

1 - All pages on website are displaying the widgets I have set in the "before content" and "after content" sections. I ready the info on this forum and installed the JetPack plugin. I don't see where I can modify widget visibility via JetPack. 2 - On the home page - the name of the page is displaying on the home page in between the "before content" and "after contents" sections.
