Demo Installation Assistance

Hello I have been advised by a customer service rep that you could provide assistance to install the Personal Trainer demo to my site. Do I need to purchase the Pro version in order to do this and can the Headings such as 'Services' and 'Featured Content' be customised? Thanks in advance!
