Demo import for Catch Fullscreen pro

Hello, I would like to import the demo from catch fullscreen pro and could you please tell me how to edit the color of the header tab that has (home,style guide,template,contact ) in it. Also is there any way to edit the font of the logo once it is placed in the header. Thank you so much Have a nice day!
