Delay in place order button in checkout

Hi, I am facing an issue from day one that is when in checkout when I press the place order/make payment button it takes atleast 4-5 significant seconds then it starts loading. This is the error i can catch on console ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to 'wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403 g @ ?v=2.0:6 T @ ?v=2.0:6 j @ ?v=2.0:6 Any help appreciated.
