Delay in My text loading since update

Can someone here tell me why there is a delay on my actual text loading in on my site? the page loads and then after a delay the text loads. Tried all the usual things - switched off all widgets and put them back one by one, ran some speed tests but can't really see anything as I don't really know what I am looking for. Seems to have only happened after I updated the Theme, so I assume it has something to do with that. However it may not be. Please and thank you... http://www.adventuresinwoowoo.com/
