Default Layout / Need Left and Right Sidebars at the same time.

Hey guys I notice there is no Default Layout for left sidebar (widgets), center area and right sidebar (widgets). How can I make this happen. I want to use widgets in left and right sidebars at the same time. I need a 3 fold layout. DiabetesHut.com
