Decree Pro theme Hero content button issue

In the Decree Pro theme, I have edited the colors and font for the button, but it is not displaying as a button, only a link. The site where this is occurring is cec.avatarws.com and the button should be right below the text "Minimizing Business Liability with the Balance of Knowledge and Process"
