Decree: Free No header image

I just installed Decree for my client and the default header isn't showing up on any of the pages. Can someone take a quick look and figure out what I am doing wrong? I haven't created many sites using WP so I assume I'm missing something. Thanks. Bernie http://ewertenteil.com
