Dashboard editing link color issues

I don't know when this change happened as someone else has been editing for the past few months, but my links are showing *in the dashboard editing screen* as black against a black background - not very helpful! Is there a way to change this? They've always been a different colour than my site - but prior it was all greys, and now it's greys for flat text, and black for links (hover text is orange on both, that hasn't changed). Doing an inspect it's the .edit-post-visual-editor a field that is now defaulting to black (even though the colours for my site show white).
