Customizing Header Media

Hello, I have inserted a YouTube url to play a video on my homepage/frontpage under the "Header video" section. It plays fine, as long as there is a title for the video. However I do not want words/title overlayed onto the video. When I remove the text in "Header Media Title" the video disappears. Is a title necessary in order for the video to display? Is there a possible css workaround for this? Thank you so much for your assistance!
