Customizing Footer PHP

I absolutely love your themes. Up until this point, I have not found it easier to create a professional looking site anywhere. I am happy to keep the Catch Everest Theme - by Catch Themes Credit in the footer. I would really love to be able to include my website design website in the footer. Could you please tell me how to do this? Thank you
