Customizing Featured Content Missing

Hi, I have the issue that the customizing is lacking some of the settings in the areas: 1. Featured Content except Enable Featured Content on --> which is there 2. Featured Slider Enable Slider on --> which is there Does someone know, what's the issue? Many thanks Ralph
