customizer doesn't work

Just installed the Parallax Frame Pro on my site. Unfortunately I am unable to use the Themes Customizer, I always end up with error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /homepages/38/d70137527/htdocs/visualmotion.de/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-widgets.php on line 181 I've disabled all plug-ins but the error remains persistent, any advice what I can do? (btw. the free version of the Theme worked without this issue) Thanks!
