Customize Theme stuck on Loading

Hi, just purchased, licensed and activated the theme, but when I go to customize, page is blank and is stuck on loading the theme. On the left under customizing the theme i only see Widgets. I've also tried resetting, and that doesn't work. Any help or thoughts?
