Customize Entry-Meta

Hi, I'd like to customize the "Posted on March 6, 2015 — Leave a reply" by removing the link to the date, and removing "Posted on" and "leave a reply" altogether. Then I'd like to customize the font/color of the date. In the end, I'd just like to have the date (without it being hyperlinked). I'm working with a child theme. Any suggestions? Thank you, Shelby
