Customization Issues

Hello, there are 3 things I'm trying to do with the theme, but I haven't been successful. 1. I want to remove the tags list from the bottom of each post (I tried to add .single .tags {display: none;} on Custom CSS box, but it doesn't work (nothing seems to work there). 2. I also want to remove the "About Author" below each post as well 3. I want to show the link that says: "Continue Reading", even when the post is very short (I need this because sometimes I have a very short text followed by an infographic, for example.
