Custom widget area doesn’t show up

Hi, i created a custom wiget area and it's in the widget list but doesn't show up on site. It's also listed in the customizer menu but not visible on the site preview. Its located on top of the site and contains the Logo. The Theme is a Catch Responsive childtheme. Site: https://schweinewilli.de Many thanks
