Custom sidebar for pages

Under Theme Options --> Layout Options I see the option for default layout and can choose "Content, Primary Sidebar". This puts the primary sidebar widget on every page. How do I mark an individual page not to use the primary sidebar and either have no sidebar or use the optional sidebar?
