Custom Header: Logo & Site Details: You do not have sufficient permissions

Under 'Appearance' > 'Theme Options' > 'Header Options' > 'Custom Header: Logo & Site Details' I'll click 'Click Here to Add/Replace Header Logo & Site Details' and I get this response: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." I just installed Kathmandu Pro 3.0 and have not touched configuration settings or anything, so I do not know why I do not have permission. I read http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions but I'm a noob and could not make sense on what to do. Please advise?
