Custom header height in Solid Construction Classic

Website: http://88k.323.myftpupload.com hello I'm looking to modify the custom header in the pages other than home page on the website URL listed above. Is there a way that I can change the custom header height to around 150 pixels? I'm happy with the home page settings but I'm struggling to figure out how to change the height of the title in the URL below to something that isn't so tall. I'd like the ABOUT US block to be significantly smaller. http://88k.323.myftpupload.com/about/ Hope my question is clear.
