Custom Fonts for headings etc?

I am using the free version of Catch Kathmandu at the moment, but am thinking about moving to the Pro version if it can offer me the option to add custom fonts for some/all headings. From your theme instructions and information, it appears one can add some Google fonts (is Roboto Condensed one of them?), but can you add client specific fonts - in this instance ITC Avant Garde Medium Condensed (available on MyFonts)? Do you have to upload it to the site and link to it there? Is this possible? Also, while I am here - can you remove the copyright and other Wordpress related notes in the footer in the Pro version?
