Custom CSS field not working

If I change the CSS rules directly in the original CSS file it will work, but the custom CSS wont work for me. I would prefer to use the custom CSS file since there is one. I do not want to change the original CSS file, please help. My url is AMSroofing.com and I would like to make the sidebar 200px instead of 301px. Also change the H1 headings and sidebar-widget headings to #326693. Also change "AMS is rated Florida's #1 Remodeler by Qualified Remodeler Magazine!" in the widget sidebar area to red maybe just make a class. Make the top header banner the same width to the top nav (1000px). Also I would like make the "Career Opportunities" link/box all the way to the right of the nav-bar and I would like it in orange. Also last thing is I would like for the information on the side of the employee photos on the location pages to be aligned with the face photos I have currently on there.
