Custom CSS Box is not working

Hi, I'm using Catch Evolution and my Custom CSS Box is not working. Anything I put in there doesn't show up. I need to change the background colour, the font, font colour, remove author, date, category, permalink from the posts, the colour and font of the menue and center the page title.
