Custom Blog page

Hi There, I just created a site using your Full frame theme. I would like to make a page that is not the homepage into the blog, however I can not find how I do that. I know I have done this on another blog, but here I only see the feature to either make homepage static or latest blogs. Please help! Thanks, Robbie
