CT Advertisement images no longer working

I haven't changed anything, but the CT:Advertisdement images that I have in footer 2 is no longer working. Not sure when it stopped. I verified the image URL to make sure it is still valid (for all three of them) and they are. I am not sure if something else was changed or not.
