CT Advertisement Image is not showing on mobile devices

I upload a 300 x 250 Advertisement image on the left menu, under the menu, and it only shows on desktop But not on mobile. My catch theme is Clean Magazine. My website is www.miedoalosaviones.com This is an issue because the 80% of the public reads my blog from their cellphones. Thanks.
