CSS Customization: Carousel Timing & Loop

Trying to get an additional CSS code to plug in that adjusts the carousel timing for loop back to image 1 and to increase the "pause" on each image. I've been able to slow the slide speed, but not the "pause" speed on each image. Can someone help?
