CSS crash in IE10

Hello, thank you for such good theme. Recently I found out that my site's CSS crashes on IE10, I'm using Catch Box free theme.  Theme with default settings and some plugins installed.  IE10 has developer tools and my sites identifies like IE10 compact mode  with document move IE7 by default. When I change document mode to Standard it works perfect.  IE10 works with default settings, temp files and cookies are clean but site's CSS still identifies as IE7 document mode by default.  I'm not a web developer.
