Creating Contact Us forms

I understand that I must use the Contact Form 7 plug-in to have contact forms. But is it true that I will have to code the entire form using Contact Form 7’s Administrator UI? Or is there a way to use the Theme Options for this page? I really don’t want to have to mess with the CSS file to adjust spacing, etc. in code if I don’t have to. Thanks
